## Syntax ##

## Parameters ##

A list of nicknames to voice.

## Description ##

Grants the channel voice privileges to the given nicknames; you may use
the wildcard character '*' in a nickname.

## Examples ##

    /VOICE mike
    /VOICE bob sarah
    /VOICE jo*n
    /VOICE *
