When using the ADD parameter on a server that already exists, the configuration will be merged with each other. When using the command without any of the given parameters, it will connect to the specified server; the server in the active window will be disconnected unless you prepend the server with the '+' character; the same method is applicable to the CONNECT parameter. Specify '-' as password to remove a server password ## Examples ## /SERVER /SERVER CONNECT chat.freenode.net /SERVER CONNECT +chat.freenode.net /SERVER ADD -network Freenode -noautosendcmd orwell.freenode.net /SERVER ADD -! -auto -host staff.irssi.org -4 -network Freenode -noproxy orwell.freenode.net 6667 /SERVER MODIFY -network Freenode -noauto orwell.freenode.net /SERVER MODIFY -network Freenode orwell.freenode.net 6697 - /SERVER REMOVE orwell.freenode.net 6667 Freenode /SERVER PURGE /SERVER PURGE orwell.freenode.net ## See also ## [CHANNEL](/documentation/help/1.2/channel), [CONNECT](/documentation/help/1.2/connect), [DISCONNECT](/documentation/help/1.2/disconnect), [NETWORK](/documentation/help/1.2/network), [RECONNECT](/documentation/help/1.2/reconnect), [RMRECONNS](/documentation/help/1.2/rmreconns)
